Any size. Truncated OK. The seed matrix and templates allow flexible inputs; you can truncate or approximate and still get a valid seed. The ability to build seeds from the ratio is in the repo. Flexibility is by design—so that any size chip and any envelope can be targeted.

The 7T seed delivers: any size chip (seed matrix + envelope), any kind of processing (classical, hybrid, photonic, quantum), and any zettaflop scale from the ratio. The rest is planned as a service—builds, harvests, foundry packages, Blu-ray, roadmap, and support.
