A Database for Discovery, Not Just Search

The seventh invention in U.S. patent application 19/540,453 is the Alchemy probability data system: a database of element combinations, probability matrices, transformation pathways, synthesis methods, discovery reports, and invention recipes. Access is provided via web interface, Python API, and CLI. The system supports batch processing and Blu-ray-based data packages. Compound search, transformation lookup, and automated recipe generation are included.

This is not a generic “big data” platform. It is structured for compound combinations, synthesis methods, discovery reports, and invention recipes—with data access tools that allow programmatic and human use. The same or similar data system underlies three other embodiments in the portfolio: diabetes cure discovery, Alzheimer’s cure discovery, and Parkinson’s cure discovery. So Alchemy is both a standalone product and the data backbone for therapeutic discovery.

Why Probability and Transformation

Discovery in chemistry and biology often involves exploring combinations and pathways. A probability and transformation database can encode what is known, what is plausible, and what has been tried, so that new experiments and compounds can be prioritized. The patent specifies the kinds of data (compound combinations, synthesis methods, discovery reports, invention recipes) and the access methods (web API, Python, CLI), so that licensees know what they are getting.

Figure 7 in the specification is a flowchart: database and API. The application number 19/540,453 and Confirmation # 1134 identify this embodiment in the consolidated filing of February 13, 2026.
