Therapeutic Discovery and Probability Data: How Alchemy Feeds Three Cure Pipelines

Data as the Backbone of Discovery
The Alchemy probability data system (embodiment seven in application 19/540,453) is a database of element combinations, probability matrices, transformation pathways, synthesis methods, discovery reports, and invention recipes. It is accessed via web interface, Python API, and CLI, and it supports batch processing and Blu-ray-based data packages. That same system underlies the diabetes, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s cure discovery methods (embodiments 10, 11, 12). So Alchemy is both a standalone product and the data backbone for therapeutic discovery.
Using a shared data platform means compound search, transformation lookup, and recipe generation can be reused across diseases. Mechanisms (e.g., beta cell regeneration, amyloid reduction, dopamine neuron regeneration) are different, but the pipeline—query data, identify compounds, validate synthesis, report—is common. The patent specifies that the cure methods “use a probability database” and identifies mechanisms and example compounds (e.g., C-H-O-N-Zn) so that the link between data and discovery is clear.
For Pharma and Biotech
Partners in pharma or biotech can license Alchemy alone for general discovery, or license Alchemy plus one or more disease-specific methods. The disease cure research framework (embodiment 13) adds structure: 300 non-opioid diseases, categories, and support for NDA/payment terms per research stream. All of this is in one application, one filing date, one specification.
